Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, observed on the 31st of October each year, marks the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and is celebrated as “National Unity Day.” It’s an occasion that reminds us to strengthen the unity, integrity, and security of the nation.
Kairos Global School’s students displayed remarkable enthusiasm in their celebration of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas. Their activities included inspiring speeches, captivating nukkad natak (street plays), and engaging discussions that focused on the idea that humanity transcends religious boundaries. This spirit of dedication and unity in diversity truly mirrored the vision of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
This year’s celebration is significant because it also coincides with “Azadi ke Amrit Mahotsav,” an initiative to commemorate 75 years of India’s independence and its rich history, culture, and achievements.
