Christmas is the season of joy, of gift-giving and of families united. It is the spirit of giving without a thought of getting. There’s something special about Christmas and kids look forward to this festival the most. And why shouldn’t they? After all they get gifts from Santa Claus. Even the kids of Kairos Global School were super excited to celebrate Christmas with their friends. Even though it was on the virtual mode but that did not dampen the spirit of the tiny tots who were eagerly waiting for their tiny Santa Claus dressed in a fluffy red and white costume. The celebration of Christmas can never be complete without decorating the Christmas tree and what’s better than making an eco-friendly one. The kids of Kairos Global school made their eco-friendly Christmas trees and decorated them with stars, thermocol balls and glitter papers. Finally, it was time for carols and dance. The kids sang and danced to the tunes of Christmas carols and enjoyed a movie on Snowman. They were really happy and the happiness was evident on their bright smiling faces.
It’s rightly said that “Christmas is not a celebration of hope. It is hope.” and with the hope of a better year ahead we ended the day.
